Add to a shaker with ice:
50 ml Mr. Fox Sherry Cask Finish
20 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml fig syrup (or substitute with honey syrup if needed)
2 dashes orange bitters
Shake hard and fine strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with a fig slice, lemon twist, or a dusting of nutmeg.
